Vermont Enterprise Journal Burlington-based V/T Industrial has introduced its first quarter actual property transactions:

EPJ Properties, LLC offered a combined use property at 10600 Route 116, Hinesburg to ABC Properties, LLC. Tony Blake of V/T Industrial represented the vendor and Jay Strausser of Sotheby’s 4 Seasons Worldwide Realty represented the client.

John Beal and Yves Bradley of V/T Industrial assisted each the client and the vendor of properties situated at 668 Pine Road, Burlington and 1725 Williston Highway, South Burlington.

Railroad & Primary Restaurant opened its doorways at its new location in Finney Crossing Industrial, Williston.  V/T Industrial’s Tony Blake assisted the restaurant homeowners and the owner on this transaction.

Classic Impressed relocated to eight Dorset Road, South Burlington and leased 2,143 sq. toes of retail area from the Greer Household, LLC.  Yves Bradley and Tony Blake of V/T Industrial assisted each the owner and the tenant on this lease.

Champlain Dental Labs opened its new 5,271 sq. foot facility at 20 Wintersport Lane, Williston.  Yves Bradley of V/T Industrial assisted the tenant and the owner, Funding Properties of Vermont, on this lease.

John Beal of V/T Industrial introduced that Beta Air, LLC leased 1,287 sq. toes of  non permanent area at 120 Kimball Avenue, South Burlington from 120 Kimball, LLC.  Beal assisted the owner and tenant on this transaction.

Invoice Kiendl of V/T Industrial assisted within the renewal of Morgan Stanley workplace leases at 90 Retailers Row, Rutland and 626 Mountain Highway, Stowe.

Congresswoman Becca Balint has leased 3,000 sq. toes on the historic Howard Opera Home in Downtown Burlington, 159 Financial institution Road.  Yves Bradley of V/T Industrial assisted the congresswoman and the owner, Howard Opera Home Associates, on this lease.

Brothers and Sisters Funding Group acquired a combined use industrial and residential constructing at 35 Primary Road, Essex Junction from J. Henry, LLC.  V/T Industrial’s Tony Blake represented the vendor and Linda Letourneau represented the client.

John Beal of V/T Industrial introduced the sale of the enterprise, Pearl Road Beverage situated at 240 Pearl Road, Burlington.  Beal represented the vendor.

Tony Blake of V/T Industrial assisted Cushman & Wakefield within the lease renewal of 64,132 sq. toes of business area situated at 70 Kimball Avenue, South Burlington.

322 Leroy Highway, Williston consisting of 57,749 sq. toes and was just lately leased to Consolidated Electrical Distributors.  John Beal of V/T Industrial assisted the tenant and the owner, Trade Lodging Burlington, LLC on this transaction.
