Modification to Part 5.7-11 of the Code of Ordinances. That Part 5.7-11 of the Code of Ordinances of the Metropolis of Opelika, Alabama, is hereby amended to learn as follows: Sec. 5.7-11. Evergreen Cemetery. Modification adopting new Part 5.7-17 of the Code of Ordinances. That Chapter 5.7 of the Code of Ordinances of the Metropolis of Opelika, Alabama, is hereby amended by including a brand new part to be numbered Part 5.7-17 which mentioned part shall learn as follows: Sec. 5.7-17. Sale of heaps or burial areas. Cemetery heaps or burial areas shall be bought solely to people for the aim of burial of such purchaser or his or her heirs at regulation or subsequent of kin. No sale shall be made to a funeral residence. Burial rights could solely be transferred to authorized heirs of the unique purchasers. A person could buy not more than eight (8) burial areas.
